Recent enhancements to Vocaltels Centrex5 hosted VoIP PBX service mean that businesses can now comply with GDPR call recording regulations when using Centrex5. In line with the new regulations callers can be offered a pro active choice between agreeing to continue their call with or without recording and any recordings that are made can be stopped and deleted mid call. All records are stored using secure encryption and have user configurable retention periods.
